So... How does it work?
Get in touch
Drop me a line or give me a call, I am happy to be contacted in the evening or at the weekend. We can have a chat and, if I am available on your date, we can arrange to meet face to face.
This is where I get the chance to hear about what you have in mind for your wedding, and you get the chance to see whether you would like me to be your celebrant.
Ideally I like to do this "in the flesh", but we can meet online if it is not possible to meet in person.
Book Me
Once we've met and you've had a chance to think about it, if you think I'm "the one" then we can get you booked in.
I will ask you for a non-refundable deposit of £250.00 which will confirm your wedding in my diary.
I only conduct one wedding each day so it is best to book as soon as you can!
We Plan
I will send you a questionnaire for you both to fill in which will give me the basic information that I will need to start building your wedding ceremony. Then the fun part really starts! We will meet again to start planning the details of your ceremony, so that I can make sure that your ceremony totally personal to you. I always prefer to do this in person, but we can do it online if that is not possible.
I Write
When I have all the details, I will hand craft your wedding ceremony so that it is totally personal and includes all the elements which make it meaningful for you. Each ceremony is as unique as the couple that it was written for. I will send you a copy of the ceremony to review, and I will work with you to make any adjustments until you are 100% happy with it. The balance of my fee is payable at this point or 30 days before the ceremony, whichever is earlier.
We Rehearse
In the run up to your wedding day, I like to get all the key players together to have a run through of the ceremony. This helps to iron out any logistical problems and makes everyone more relaxed during the actual ceremony. Ideally the rehearsal would take place at your wedding venue, but it can take place at another location if this is not possible.
You get married!
On the day of your wedding I will arrive at the venue at least one hour before the start of the ceremony to check that everything is in place and set up for the ceremony.
Then it is time for the best part! The part where you make your commitments to each other and celebrate your relationship in the way which is personal and meaningful to you!
